I'm back!

Not exercising yet but blogging at least.

On Oct. 30 I went to a new doctor and he told me to take cod liver oil (awful stuff) and a couple of other things. Also tested me for vitamin D and I'm low, so we'll see how that goes.

So, I'm still in a lot of pain, but my enthusiasm for life is improving. I hope to move forward out of this "flare" pretty soon.

  1. Cod liver oil is much easier to take as a capsule. The smell isn't anywhere as disgusting. I just had our local health food place order in the kind that I wanted.
