Contest Progress 2

I went to the gym for my contest weigh-in, and they say I've gained one pound, improved my water intake, but still have a way to go, and ...
best of all...lost 9% of my body fat, adding 14 pounds of lean muscle.

Hmmm...If their machines are working right, that's great progress. I'm just not sure I believe it.


  1. Well, hey! Keep doing what you're doing, and if you progress at that rate for real, you'll be seeing some major results pretty soon. Even if their machines are off, you're still making some progress. Keep up the good work! You're inspiring me!

    The big question is did you beat the other contestant? Of COURSE you did!! Lean muscle tromps fat any day of the week!

  3. I don't know; they are not sharing other contestants' scores yet. I don't even know how many are in my age group. I just figure: stick with it, it's one more incentive and accountability layer.

    Final results are going to be announced on the 22nd of May, I think.
